Bookings

By making a reservation you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of the hotel’s “Philippos” accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies. The terms and conditions described below apply to all bookings made by email, phone booking or fax. All quoted prices are in Euros, per room and per night, including breakfast. All prices include VAT and municipal tax. Prices do not include the “Climate Resilience Tax” enacted by the Greek government on January 1, 2024 as part of plans to finance reconstruction efforts following severe forest fires and floods.

Change of length of stay

According to the current legislation (“Regulation of relations between hoteliers and customers”, Law Β 1546-2025), in case the visitor decides to depart earlier than the period he has agreed, then compensation due to early departure is provided, equal to 50% of the daily room rate for the number of nights cancelled. Please inform the Reservations Department promptly via written or telephone communication of any changes.

Arrival – Departure

The arrival time is 15:00 and the departure time is 12:00.
In case you wish to extend your stay beyond the above mentioned departure time and until 18:00 (subject to availability), the visitor must pay 50% of the value of the daily stay. In case you wish to extend your stay beyond 18:00, you will be charged the entire value of that day’s stay, in accordance with current legislation.

Customer behavior

Guests are requested to respect the common quiet hours, to behave in a civil manner as well as to respect other residents and the hotel staff. Moreover, all tenants ought to comply with hotel’s regulations, while the hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to evict, without prejudice, any person whose behavior is considered to be infringing, abusive or reprehensible. In this case the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation.

Hotel guests / External guests

Only the guest/guests registered as beneficiaries when booking the room have the right to use the room. If an external guest wishes to meet a certain guest of the hotel, this meeting must take place in the common areas. Not applicable on the Suites.
